What do you like most?
We used Oracle at my previous employer and we were very pleased with how the set up of the Oracle solution could be customised to our needs. The self-service feature is the one that was most appreciated and it took away a lot of administration from HR & Payroll.
What do you like least?
It could be complicated at times to get the functions to work at the beginning. A start-up period should be expected.
What business-critical problems do you feel Oracle Cloud HCM solves?
As I described earlier, Oracle digitised our processes, but above all, the self-service function was the most appreciated feature.
