What do you like most?

I’m really impressed by their support and how far they’re willing to go to help you – I haven’t experienced that to the same extent with other web hosting providers here in Denmark.

What do you like least?

I don’t really think there’s much to criticise, actually. Perhaps their control panel could be a bit more user-friendly, but then again, there are so many features and options, so I’m not sure there’s much that can be done about it.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nordicway solves?

We switched to Nordicway to get a better price, better support and a faster website – they’ve delivered on all counts.

Support always responds quickly and concretely.

That I can't call them. But they are to be commended for responding quickly to emails.

Had a white screen on WordPress after moving. They helped me find the cause, so my site was back up and running quickly.

What do you like most?

Nordicway provides a stable and user-friendly solution that is easy to integrate into our existing setup. As a developer, I especially appreciate the good documentation and the flexibility the platform provides in terms of customisation. The support has also been fast and competent when we have had questions.

What do you like least?

There are still some features that could be more elaborate or better documented. In addition, the onboarding process could be a little more guided so that you can get started with all the options faster.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nordicway solves?

Nordicway helped us move both our emails and websites from a previous provider. The process was structured and without major downtime, which was crucial for our daily operations. They made sure everything was migrated correctly - including email accounts, data and web content - so we avoided data loss and disruption. This has made our setup more stable and easier to maintain going forward.
