What do you like most?

As a bookkeeper for many customers, it's important to be able to work across customers when reviewing new incoming supplier invoices. This allows me to offer my customers - small and large - exactly the same service. Very good screenshot. High quality programme. Super-good support. I recommend Nordflow to all bookkeepers!

What do you like least?

I am a very happy user of Nordflow and find it hard to point to anything negative! I hope that an option will be developed to easily pay suppliers once a month by bank statement.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nordflow solves?

Whether my customers have 20 vouchers or 200 vouchers per month, I can offer them to be part of the same approval flow, as I'm charged by the total number of vouchers and not per customer. With Nordpay on the sidelines, paying supplier invoices becomes just an extension of the approval flow, creating transparency on what is being paid for the peace of mind of both accountant and customer.

What do you like most?

For me, it's very important that I can work across my customers' agreements. Good screenshots. Good search options. Really good service.

What do you like least?

An accountant's customers are very different, and their ability and willingness to try something new varies greatly. In the transition to Nordflow for all customers, I have had to make greater demands, especially on small customers who have not previously been presented with a similar invoice approval programme. It has been extremely exciting to be involved in the start-up phase of Nordpay, but at the same time it has been a demanding process in relation to individual customers.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nordflow solves?

With Nordflow, I can provide all my customers - large and small - with the same service. With bookkeeper review across customers, I can make sure that everyone is always up to date - it provides peace of mind and overview in the daily work. I can let my customers take care of payment through Nordpay themselves, which shifts responsibility to the customer. The accompanying history for each individual voucher provides peace of mind and transparency for the customer, bookkeeper and accountant.

What do you like most?

The structure of the site and that it is incredibly easy to use. It's also reliable and the attachments come in quickly. There is also always good service when you need help.

What do you like least?

Setting things up yourself can be a little tricky.

What business-critical problems do you feel Nordflow solves?

Time pressure, as many things are easier.
