What do you like most?

For me, personalised and prompt support is the most important thing, and Meridiq certainly delivers on that. There are no doubt better booking systems out there, but Meridiq offers incredible value for money and top-notch support. They always reply quickly and their instructions are easy to follow. I’m absolutely delighted!

What do you like least?

It can sometimes be difficult to get to grips with the booking system, but with good support, it works fine all the same.

They are flexible and open to developing new features based on our needs. This allows the system to adapt to the clinic's working methods and grow with the organisation.

Card fees are relatively high and affect margins, especially for larger volumes.
