Stable platform. Responsive design. Plenty of functionality.

What do you like least?

There could be more documentation. Help for self-help. More customisation of the platform (although this should be coming soon)

What business-critical problems do you feel Learning Arena LMS solves?

Learning Arena LMS has helped automate our onboarding and deliver standard training to our network of partners. We can track user progress.

What do you like most?

The system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, especially from an administrator's perspective. The support from Conzentrate is also really good - they are fast, helpful and very solution-orientated.

What do you like least?

Actually, there is nothing major to criticise. There are some limitations in the design, but it should be added that we use the basic design. It is likely that these issues could have been resolved by developing customised solutions.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learning Arena LMS solves?

It provides us with a centralised platform to offer our industry training courses to schools and companies in a uniform and quality-assured way. The system streamlines administration, reduces manual labour and makes it easy to follow up on completed training courses.

What do you like most?

The co-operation, support and opportunities to develop solutions for our specific needs.

What do you like least?

The design tool for the courses is complex so I have another external design software I use for this. Would be great if it was more integrated into the platform. Very complex when you first start using it, especially when the courses on the support site are not updated.

What business-critical problems do you feel Learning Arena LMS solves?

We have an extremely complex company policy which makes it difficult to document training correctly, which we have been able to solve with the use of LMS and the customised solutions we have created.
