Pros
We started using JAHOPP during onboarding, and it has made the process much smoother. New hires can complete training before joining their teams, which saves everyone time during the first week.
We've been using JAHOPP for employee training and onboarding, and it's been easy to manage. Employees don't need much guidance to start using it, and it's simple for us to assign courses and track completion.
The user section of the portal is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We find that most users have no trouble getting started on the portal.
The platform makes it possible to build targeted and coherent learning programmes where content is closely linked to the user's practice. The ability to combine video, questions and concrete actions creates a strong foundation for learning that can actually be translated into everyday life, and the platform is well suited for training, workflow changes and ongoing competence development.

Cons
The reporting part took some time to learn, but worth the time invested.
Be more insightful about our processes that could be cumbersome.
It’s easy to forget or overlook a box that needs to be ticked. The admin section is less intuitive. The mix of Danish and English is confusing. We’ve generally set the language to Danish, but it doesn’t work consistently throughout.
As a new user of the platform, it takes a little introduction before you can use the platform effectively. There are places where the platform can feel a little rigid, especially if you want more flexibility in layout, logic or display across devices. Small UI inconsistencies and limitations in customisation can create extra work for content developers. The mobile experience works, but can still feel less streamlined than desktop.
