Bra lönemotor. Blir sällan fel på lön
What do you like least?
Hr-delarna är undermåliga tycker vår HR-avdelning, t ex sjuk/rehab, kompetens, LAS, Anställning, medarbetarsamtal. Borde vara bättre funktionalitet för användare i dessa moduler. Att inte behöva köpa andra system för att få detta att fungera...Framför allt att kunna lägga med bilagor, t ex för medarbetarsamtal och rehabutredning, och att dessa ska gå att gallra efter visstid eller efter avslutad anställning. Visma borde lägga mer tid på tester, innan förändringar läggs i produktion. Idag många rättningsversioner och vi som kund hittar ibland fel.
