We have gained great value after switching to Keybalance. best solution for us is the flexibility of their system.

What do you like most?

I experience a really close and good co-operation with the employees at KeyBalance, where I always get quick answers and good sparring. The system is easy and intuitive, and it's customised to my company and our processes, so we can save both time and manpower.

What do you like least?

It can take some time to familiarise yourself with the whole system, but once you get started, it's great value.

What business-critical problems do you feel KeyBalance solves?

KeyBalance supports my entire business through integration to the webshop and POS system, while handling finances, purchasing and much more - both from mobile and desktop.

What do you like most?

I have worked with KeyBalance since 2009 and have been involved in developing the industry solution for machine dealers. KeyBalance and the team behind it are always open to dialogue about new features and customisations that match the needs of our industry.

What do you like least?

"I think it's really positive that we are constantly working to develop and improve the system. But sometimes new features are implemented a bit quickly, which can lead to unnecessary irritation among users. It might be a good idea to spend a little more time on testing and user involvement before features are rolled out."

For us, it's the machine, spare parts and service module that is most important. We have a large stock of machines and spare parts. 8 service vehicles service our customers all over the country.
