What do you like most?
Ella Olsson på kundtjänst är helt outstanding. Spelar ingen roll hur mycket jag frågar, om jag upprepar mig, kommer med förbättringsförslag. Hon svarar alltid med en gudalik ton, tackar för mitt tålamod (!), tar med mina synpunkter till utvecklarna, svarar snabbt. Om hon ej har svar på en gång, lovar hon att återkomma så snart hon har det, och GÖR det också. Tips för andra kundtjänstansvariga: anlita Ella för coaching om hur man får till en extraordinär kundtjänst. Otroligt serviceminded, faktiskt aldrig stött på något liknande. Imponerad! (och nej, jag är inte köpt)
What do you like least?
Vissa småjusteringar i systemet, men så länge Ella finns hos er som stöd så stannar jag. Tror det kommer att bli jättebra, systemet har potential och är snyggt utformat.
