Eazyproject

What do you like most?

I use EazyProject in my small consultancy business, where I do a lot of freelance work for various clients. For me, EazyProject has been especially helpful in keeping track of hours, tasks and invoicing, so I don't lose track when I switch between projects. What I particularly like about EazyProject is how easy it is to record time and upload expenses directly in the app. It's also easy to create invoices for different customers.

What do you like least?

Some features in EazyProject require too many clicks.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eazyproject solves?

I use EaztProject as a project management tool. I keep track of customers, tasks and finances. I've also used EazyProject to create reports that I've used for invoicing, documentation for customers and my own overview.

What do you like most?

What I particularly appreciate about Eazy Project is the structured time tracking and the ability to follow how different employees contribute to each sub-project. This makes it easier to report the status to management and ensure that we stay within the planned framework. The project overview and Gantt view provide a good visual overview, which works really well in an academic organisation with many parallel activities.

What do you like least?

However, there are a few things I think could be improved. The reporting is usable but could be more flexible, especially when working on research projects that often require detailed documentation. The mobile version works, but isn't quite as smooth as the desktop version, which can be a challenge when attending meetings around campus.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eazyproject solves?

I use Eazy Project in my work as a Project Coordinator at a university, where I coordinate both research projects and internal development tasks. In particular, the system has helped me create a clear overview of time spent, milestones and resources across multiple teams and disciplines. Eazy Project has been a solid tool in my work as Project Coordinator, and it has made it much easier to keep track of time spent, progress and collaboration across the university's projects.

What do you like most?

I liked the good connection with support and that we had a really nice onboarding. We used the app a lot and it was very easy to keep track of receipts. I also liked the reminders to approve hours and lock the week.

What do you like least?

Difficult to say. There wasn't anything that was not as expected.

What business-critical problems do you feel Eazyproject solves?

Staff hour allocation and time registration as well as individual overseas projects that need closer coordination.
