What do you like most?
The ability to run production within the same system as other functions. The ability to export data quickly to Excel, amongst other applications. A wide range of integration options
What do you like least?
The system is fundamentally complicated, and everything has to be customised with the help of consultants. Unfortunately, the integrations provided by BrightCom do not work flawlessly, despite the cost. The documentation is very poor. Copilot does not yet work well in Swedish within the system.

What do you like most?
Flexibility. It is easy to get an overview. There are many integrations. Can be set up very individually.
What do you like least?
Can be a bit complicated sometimes and the many possibilities sometimes make you get stuck. A little weird naming in some places. Could have been quicker.
