What do you like most?

I like that Cornerstone is flexible and can be configured and adapted to the organisation's processes without the need for knowledge of coding. I like that the different modules are now more seamlessly integrated and that they appear as a holistic solution.

What do you like least?

I still miss some of the back-end user interface being updated with a modern look and feel. There is also not always consistent functionality for administrators (sometimes there is automatic saving, other times you have to click the "save" button in several places and different locations).

What business-critical problems do you feel Cornerstone OnDemand solves?

Better insight into the business/divisions at the various locations globally and better data quality of what is reported. Helps create a common understanding of HR processes and gives managers a good tool for learning and development.

What do you like most?

Functionality, how everything is connected, the possibility of customisation and different languages. The LMS is particularly good and the price/cost ("value for money") is better than anything else we considered

What do you like least?

Little to put my finger on. The implementation partner could have been better, i.e. there were a number of changes in managers and employees that led to reduced quality in communication. Not Cornerstone's responsibility.

What business-critical problems do you feel Cornerstone OnDemand solves?

Collaboration across national borders. All systems in one; the number of systems was greatly reduced (the company had a number of different systems both per country and per function, e.g. recruitment, which were not integrated with other systems).
