What do you like most?

Easily manage contracts for sales, personnel and purchasing. Solutions are always sought with high involvement of us and our wishes.

What do you like least?

Sometimes a bit limited if we want customised changes. For example, it would be really nice to have if we could remove (for us) redundant fields that are standard in the setup. However, as written above, solutions with a high level of our involvement are always sought.

What business-critical problems do you feel COMAsystem solves?

We have a much better overview of our agreements and a great tool to keep track of settlements/conditions

What do you like most?

We were looking for a contract management system that would ensure our contracts were always updated on time, while giving us a comprehensive overview in a secure and GDPR-friendly environment. The Coma platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to work with. In addition, Coma was very accommodating in terms of customising the solution to our specific needs. The collaboration has worked flawlessly.

What do you like least?

Any start-up can be difficult at first, but after everyone is on board with the system, it works really well for us.

What business-critical problems do you feel COMAsystem solves?

Get a better overview of all our contracts and ensure renewal and shipments on time.

What do you like most?

Easy and accessible system that is very intuitive for the individual user. In the implementation phase, you are supported and guided all the way through the implementation.

What do you like least?

Could have used an introduction to the pitfalls of implementation and a guide on how to get "opponents" of systems to use it.

What business-critical problems do you feel COMAsystem solves?

It has ensured that we have an overview of our supplier agreements and have them in one place so they are accessible and we can follow up on them. At the same time, it will help us to ensure that we have all documents in one place and that we keep track of our data processing agreements, for example. It also helps us follow up that the company's largest suppliers have signed our Code of Conduct.
