What do you like most?

What we appreciate most about Centuri is the scalability. We can add/remove users as needed. WE can also add different uses as needed. This makes us feel comfortable that we pay for what we use.

What do you like least?

We miss that Centuri provides record keeping.

Today, we use a number of different programmes that all serve a purpose. The great thing about Centuri is that it becomes a focal point for all systems. In Centuri, we can point to different systems when they are relevant. In this way, we make other systems easily accessible to all employees with the help of Centuri. Centuri makes it easier to know when to use other systems and understand what function all our systems fulfil.

What do you like most?

Automation: Centuri offers powerful automation features that can save time and reduce manual workload. Users can create rules and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and processes.

What do you like least?

I have not diarised communications and documents.

What business-critical problems do you feel Centuri solves?

Division of responsibilities. After I have finalised a document or reported a case, Centuri contacts me when I need to do something. I am only involved in the things that are relevant to me.
