Caya is a cloud-based document management system developed in Germany that has been specially optimised for processing digitised letter mail and receipts. It combines classic DMS functions such as filing, indexing and searching with a mail digitisation service: letters are scanned centrally and delivered directly in digital form. The system supports GoBD-compliant archiving, automatic document recognition and offers integration with accounting systems such as DATEV or lexoffice.
