What do you like most?
A very user-friendly WMS that is quick to get into, the support consists of a really competent team that works solution-oriented.
What do you like least?
Some developments could have been more open/accessible to the user/super users.
What problems do you feel Bitlog solves?
We use Bitlog 8.0 and Bitlog solves our challenges in a warehouse and distribution perspective, order in/out, warehousing and inventory.

What do you like most?
Bitlog is founded by technically very strong people and it shows. Bitlog also knows its domain WMS very well of course.
What do you like least?
I can sometimes feel that the soft parts like support or help running projects is not Bitlog's strong point. Once we get technical help, it usually goes very fast, but the road there can be long sometimes.
