What do you like most?
A flexible portal solution that has made it easier for us to visualise our total compensation. We have experienced that our employees have gained a better understanding of what we offer as an employer, which was one of our goals in introducing the Benefits portal.
What do you like least?
It would need to be even more visible in the total compensation and the offer in smaller towns is a bit thin.
