What do you like most?
En flexibel portallösning som har gjort att det blivit enklare för att oss synliggöra vår totala kompensation. Vi har upplevt att våra medarbetare har fått en bättre förståelse för vad det är vi erbjuder som arbetsgivare vilket var ett av våra mål med att införa Benefits portal.

Det skulle behövas synliggöras ännu mer i totala kompensationen samt att erbjudandet i mindre orter är lite tunt.
