Pros
Simple and clear remote control, ISL Light gives us a good overview of all company computers. Works both for IT support with direct access via AlwaysOn and for business people to control their production computers or work computers.
Easy remote control with plenty of options to set up rules for users.
Integrated with Zoho-One programmes.

Admin cannot reset users' MFA without having to contact support.
Nothing really. Have been using this for over 10 years
Too difficult to install for inexperienced users when you want to connect for support.
