Pros

The functionality, the overview, the support (the few occasions). It is a very good system and easy to customise, for example templates, views and role-based functions. Follow-ups on activities, equipment or people We have just approved an iso 9 and 14 audit, had audits that have gone well, for example the Swedish Work Environment Authority without remarks. three global companies, two of which are Global 500.
All our documentation in one system, neat, user-friendly, very good and accessible support. Very good sample texts/checklists/forms/surveys to use as inspiration in the system. The price model. Good that each employee has their own login and that rights can be controlled per user. Easy to get QR codes to, for example, put on equipment and be able to get documents / risk assessments / logbooks directly in the phone or tablet. The smooth deviation management is great and can also be done on the phone regardless of whether it is the work environment, environment or quality that is involved. Very satisfied with the vast majority of the system.
It was easy to get started and I got good support from the supplier. I have drawn processes in Visio before and zimplicit is just as easy to understand. I am impressed that as soon as I have saved and published the process and instructions, they appear in the sidebar in the browser. Very good to be able to see how a change in a process affects those who work in it, I have missed that before.
We use Zimplicit to digitise our processes and easily share processes and instructions with our employees. Zimplicit makes it easy for us to live by our processes and our employees like that they no longer have to sit and read long manuals to find out how to do a certain task. A bonus has been that our onboarding of new employees has become much less resource intensive because they have instructions directly in their browser, via Zimplicit's Chrome extension. The supplier is also very accommodating and responsive to our wishes and is happy to develop the product according to our suggestions.

Cons

For me, it took a while to get used to the menu list and the differences between the different areas. But the overview makes it easy as pie.
On the occasions when something has gone wrong, I have had a dialogue with the supplier and received good help. If I were to mention something to improve, it would be the search function, which could be even more powerful.
Right now there is only English to choose as a language, but I have been informed by the supplier that Swedish is coming soon. It works for me right now, but will want to have Swedish as a language in the system over time.
In some places, it's a bit too many clicks to get to where I want. But this should, according to the support, be better in the next release when you can add your own favourites.
