Pros
Appfarm is a very flexible no code solution that brings a luxurious combination of rapid development and great functionality. They have a low threshold for insight into the system's possibilities and limitations, regardless of the level of technical expertise of the customer. In addition, they are very responsive and work with a modern agile approach based on user stories from the business that optimise system support in a flexible way over time.
Their understanding of the process. We quickly realised how well they can translate our challenges into digital solutions, even if they are sometimes complex issues.
Then of course the speed of development. We had high demands on the deadline and the only party that does not keep it is us as a customer. Appfarm creates a desire to have (for better or worse) where it has been difficult not to want more, much because of the rapid development.

Cons
There may be some signs of growth as the company has grown a lot in recent years, which of course gives a strained organisation. I have been satisfied with all contacts, but people and business arrangements have changed a little too much during the two years we have been a customer, which in some cases may have caused unnecessary delays in an otherwise generally very fast pace of development.
This is not against Appfarm but now that we've been working with you for a while, I realise myself that the speed of development is for better or worse. Because the best decisions have been made when we've had to think things through a bit more. So I think that the speed of development also makes you a little speed-blind...? So a bit of feedback is to perhaps challenge the customer's thinking so that speed is not the most important thing.
However, I think you have done this too! But if I should mention something for the future.
