Pros
HLTHY is an extremely fast-paced team that is very easy to work with. The support is at a really high level, quick responses, solution orientated and always available when needed.
What stands out the most is the UX/UI. The platform is incredibly smooth, fast and well thought out, making it easy for us to communicate with patients and manage the whole flow efficiently. It's clear that the product is built with real-world use in mind.
We also feel that we are growing together, they are responsive, open to feedback and move incredibly fast in development.
User-friendly system with a clean and simple UX design. Hlthy is easy to co-operate with and also builds everything we request. We develop together and both have incentives to do well for each other. Since we started using Hlty, they have developed over 100 features, many of which are specifically tailored to our business.
Intuitive, logical, easy to use. Good graphic presentation. Integrated video call function, e-mail, SMS, surveys. Good support. Good booking, good integration with boka doktorn etc. Web-based, accessible from home.
Webdoc is user-friendly, functional, clear and easy to work with for those of us who provide specialised outpatient care. Multiple integrations make our work resource efficient, patient safe and easy. Carasent has been an excellent partner during the implementation process and in the development of integrations.

There are already open APIs, which is great, but we would have liked a few more endpoints to cover certain parts for our particular integration. At the same time, it is something that is about to be solved shortly, as it always does.
The cost. But as with everything in life, if you want it to taste good, it costs.
Can not email. Does not work well on Iphone. Prescription module cumbersome. Could not transfer old journal.
It would have been desirable for patients to be able to see their booked appointments in 1177 and direct transfer of cases from 1177 to Webdoc. Enable summons letters to Kivra as an alternative to e-letters, enable automatic punching against the National Registry only on the patients you actively open, the possibility of automated waiting time reporting region Skåne and integration with Pasis. Enable electronic referral flow between Webdoc units and between several other medical record systems.
