What stands out the most is the UX/UI. The platform is incredibly smooth, fast and well thought out, making it easy for us to communicate with patients and manage the whole flow efficiently. It's clear that the product is built with real-world use in mind. We also feel that we are growing together, they are responsive, open to feedback and move incredibly fast in development.
