How easy it is for our employees to report their time on different projects
User-friendly, educational, fast navigation, breadth of functionality with everything from sales, invoicing, time reporting, project work. Good variety of reports.
Great flexibility in everything.

The difficulties of being a group that has required custom-built solutions
The expense functions are not very well developed e.g. how to enter receipts. I miss more variables or KPI functions in some reports. The appearance of the reports could have been varied with different colours, etc. Error messages can be difficult to understand and can take time to resolve.
Sometimes there may be an error that cannot be recreated, the next time you do a certain thing, it works. A little difficult sometimes when creating a role or authorisation, difficult to see what will be visible or not. It is not always logistk.
