Pros

What I definitely like the most is the "sandbox" feeling you get from the system - you can basically build whatever you want within the system's framework. I also like the fact that there are different modules so you can customise according to your needs. The good thing about CaneaONE is that you can make it very easy to use for the end users.
Clear structure and navigation to save time at work. Smooth management of documents and processes.
User-friendly, educational, fast navigation, breadth of functionality with everything from sales, invoicing, time reporting, project work. Good variety of reports.

Cons

Setting up keywords, whatever the system, is always boring.
The search function works well, but occasionally it takes a little longer.
The expense functions are not very well developed e.g. how to enter receipts. I miss more variables or KPI functions in some reports. The appearance of the reports could have been varied with different colours, etc. Error messages can be difficult to understand and can take time to resolve.
