Pros
User-friendly, educational, fast navigation, breadth of functionality with everything from sales, invoicing, time reporting, project work. Good variety of reports.
Analysis/reporting possibilities in Millnet Analysis. Build your own project reports etc

Cons
The expense functions are not very well developed e.g. how to enter receipts. I miss more variables or KPI functions in some reports. The appearance of the reports could have been varied with different colours, etc. Error messages can be difficult to understand and can take time to resolve.
The interface is a bit old. But I can live with that.
