Pros
The automations are customisable to suit our business. There are many features that reduce manual labour.
Automatic supplier payment and matching on incoming payments.
It is a comprehensive ERP system, which allows us as a business to manage our stock and operate in a data-driven way.

Cons
If something is done "wrong" in the system, it can be complicated to reverse (especially in the logistics module)
VAT reconciliation. It is a bit complicated with different VAT codes that you have to put it right before otherwise it will be wrong.
It could do with a nicer interface
