The automations are customisable to suit our business. There are many features that reduce manual labour.

It's easy to navigate the system and it's easy to get help.

Cons
If something is done "wrong" in the system, it can be complicated to reverse (especially in the logistics module)
VAT reconciliation. It is a bit complicated with different VAT codes that you have to put it right before otherwise it will be wrong.
Some reports are sometimes slow.
