Pros

We were one of the first customers in Sweden to implement Unit4 ERPx - a completely new ERP system. Previously, we worked with Unit4 installed locally, but the transition to a modern SaaS solution gave us greater opportunities. Thanks to a role-based setup, each user had easy access to their tasks and menus customised to their role, making the system easier to understand and use. At the same time, Unit4 has kept what worked well and further developed the interface so that the whole organisation can work effectively in the system.
Multi-company management (property companies), mass import of accounts via Excel and automatic flows.
Quick and easy migration. Always the latest, no need to wait for new features.

Cons

The connection to the bank was not straightforward, as the bank was not initially adapted to the new technology. This meant that we needed to upgrade our contract, and in the process we changed several internal procedures, which led to some initial challenges. Later, as we expanded our use, internal challenges also arose, but these were more related to our internal working practices that needed to be revised than to the system.
