Pros

What I like about the software is the user-friendly interface and the many useful dialogue boxes.
The design is very good and the ability to parameterise and maintain the software almost entirely by yourself brings great benefits.
We think it is an incredibly smooth staff planning, both for us as a company and our employees. Provides a good overview of both personnel planning and personnel costs. Easy and user-friendly!
I would say the ease of use and the level of service is what I think stands out

Cons

To ensure that all features/scenarios are tested during a release upgrade, support/guidance would be helpful.
Improved planning options. Especially for service providers who often work and plan by shifts and not by employees. Data management for service-centred planning is very high and inflexible, making it difficult to plan and invoice complex workdays (work changes during the day) The licence model is not suitable for certain industries.
