Cons
- Travel time is perceived as difficult and confusing by our end users, and it is the aspect we correct most frequently.
- The fact that only VAT can be corrected without removing other users’ reviews (it would be good if, for example, journey time and accommodation could also be corrected)
- The destination field is unclear and causes our users to enter their location at the end of the journey rather than their destination.
That some managers approve health and wellbeing expenses that are not eligible as such.
