Pros
What I appreciate most about NetSuite is that everything is in one system. As an accountant, I don't have to export files between platforms to get consolidated figures - intercompany transactions, currency conversion and reporting are handled continuously in real time. The multi-book functionality is also a big plus, as we can keep parallel accounts without duplication. Currency management is built in in a way that actually works in practice - realised and unrealised exchange rate differences are automatically calculated at period-end, saving a lot of time.
Good for consolidating multiple units

Cons
Overall very happy with the system, but if I had to say anything it would be the performance in some views or when working with large reports with a lot of data - it sometimes takes a little longer to load than is desirable.
Slow when clicking around
