Pros
Your ability to collaborate and be flexible to customer needs
The system's greatest strength is its broad functionality and flexibility in terms of learning materials and courses. It can support many different workflows and processes in the organisation, allowing us to consolidate multiple needs into one system. We experienced a good implementation where the supplier understood our needs. The support is always helpful and the various trainers we have had have been competent.
What I appreciate most about Simployer is the combination of solid HR-related content and a system that makes it easy to work in a structured way with HR in practice. For us, it gives us peace of mind to have good templates, up-to-date expertise and a clear framework for our HR work all in one place.
I'd also like to emphasise the follow-up we've received from the customer side. Hilde has been incredibly service-minded, solution-orientated and quick to follow up. She has really made a difference in our start-up phase and has been keen to find good solutions for us, for example by helping us customise the system to our needs and looking at the pricing model. That kind of follow-up means a lot.
The ease of use, the personalised and fast support, and the peace of mind it gives our managers. They are a valuable support in my role as HR manager.

Cons
They can be a little time optimistic
Complexity of the system. The many functions and settings options mean that administration can be time-consuming. For new users, ongoing training and coaching is needed to ensure correct and efficient use.
As with most comprehensive systems, it can take some time to familiarise yourself with all the functions and possibilities at first. At the same time, we find that the system is intuitive and that it's easy to get help when you need it.
I don't really have anything clear to highlight. Rather, I see that we ourselves have a job to do in using the full functionality of the system even better.
