Pros
The simplicity of contract management
That it is user-friendly and helps us to efficiently keep track of all our contacts and business opportunities. A really great tool!
We have been using Sharpspring for about two years and use it in several of our markets. The lead management features are very good and we are pleased with how easy it has been to create and follow up our campaigns. Sales has very rarely complained about its use and neither has my team.

Missing fixed days to postpone a Task but need to select a new date
We know that the system supplier has several new features in the pipeline and we are looking forward to that.
The implementation has been a bit of a struggle but other than that nothing to criticise.
