That SD Worx is as interested in developing and finding solutions to problems as we are. We rarely get the answer that it can't be solved when we want to streamline something.

That it takes a long time to learn how to build processes and become self-sufficient in the system, due to its complexity (but this is also what makes it such a flexible system).
Goes live 1/4 2023 so time will tell.
It took a while to implement the system and there are a number of features that we don't use or need.
