Pros

We are particularly excited about how user-friendly the platform is and the high degree of flexibility it offers. It's clear that HR-ON is designed with the user in mind, and the support team is both fast and competent. In addition, their Masterclass provides a great insight into the different features and possibilities of the system, making it easier to get the most out of the platform.
I like that HR-ON is very user-friendly and intuitive, and that there are so many things you can do yourself to customise the system to exactly the functions and processes we need without having to pay for expensive development hours. The service when we call support is top notch. Always nice and helpful.

Cons

We have not yet experienced any significant challenges with HR-ON. As with all systems, there are small things that could be adjusted, but overall the platform works very well and fully meets our needs.
I'm sometimes a little tired of the fact that when you have to create a document from a template, it's a hassle to edit it. I also liked the design of the first engagements better - but of course it's a matter of taste
