Pros
Functional variants so that you can notify any impossible local contracts. Support is knowledgeable and solution-focused.
We have worked with Real for a number of years now and are very satisfied. It is simple and easy to use and has good support both by email and phone. We had previously tried several other programmes for managing our rental properties but were never really satisfied. Now the user-friendliness will be even better too :)
Accrual of revenue and VAT, no other system solves it.
I always get good help from the support team who respond quickly and help me with the questions I have. I use Tecta together with integration and additional service with Fortnox Invoicing, which is very smooth.

It takes a little longer than usual to learn the programme.
There is the issue of user-friendliness, that it could be even better, but as far as I understand, it is on G
Lack of tenant portal but it is apparently underway.
