Cons

Difficult to navigate the system. Too many clicks.
The reporting system is a bit cumbersome, some modules a bit outdated, some problems with support of import files from payroll systems
Expensive, and the service is substandard and absolutely ridiculous. No more working properties and blaming the user and the account office. Get another service.
Clumsy and confusing interface compared to key competitors, very limited settings, help material stuck in the 90's, no automatic recurring billing, strong vendor lock, generous use of bank connection resulting in high costs, customer-phobic lack of usability, limited mobile app. Choosing Fennoa is effectively opening a limitless floodgate for the accounting firm.
