Fantastic support and co-operation with Questback!
We have been using Questback for several years in order to develop our services and to measure customer satisfaction. In addition, we check judgements on a daily basis to be able to correct if someone is not satisfied. We also use it to develop our services based on comments from our customers. Best of all, it's simple and straightforward.

What I would possibly wish for is a slightly more modern interface and design. Otherwise, as I said, we are very satisfied.
The limitations of being able to pick out data at a given period. Everything is controlled to live reports or to complicated models to send out.
Slightly rote filtering functions when sorting in the reports.
