Cons
The system has experienced recurring stability issues and does not function reliably in day-to-day use.
The terms and conditions are perceived as unbalanced and difficult to accept.
The platform requires an unreasonable amount of time to deliver results. The expectations placed on the user are high, and it takes considerably longer than the marketing suggests.
The platform encourages extensive AI-generated sales mailings. I feel that this approach risks being perceived as misleading, as the recipient is not always clearly informed that the content is AI-generated. I also believe that the user themselves must take significant responsibility for ensuring that the mailings comply with current regulations on email marketing and data protection.
When recipients ring back, the workflow becomes problematic. As the system can send a large number of personalised, AI-generated emails, it is difficult to quickly get an overview of who has been contacted and what has been communicated. This easily leads to unnatural sales calls where the caller is expected to act as if they have a personal relationship with the recipient or recall a previous conversation, even though the contact has, in practice, been established by AI.
