That it can be customised to our business
Pyramid is a simple and fast system without compromising on quality.
The warehouse module works in a very satisfactory way and helps us to control incoming and outgoing deliveries for increased profitability.
Blikk is a very user-friendly and efficient time reporting system that we use on a daily basis. The system offers a range of features that make our work much easier. To summarise, Blikk is an invaluable tool that improves our efficiency and accuracy in our daily work.

Cons
That there are so many different modules for the "same" things, that there is no tax and accounting module
There are certain functions/processes that are niche to us that we currently do not have support for. This would be desirable.
Sometimes two reports are needed to obtain the information we want. For example, Invoiced amount per label.
