Pros

The simplicity, access everything everywhere, smooth integration with calendar and email
Analysing the hit rate and future revenues
We have been using Sharpspring for about two years and use it in several of our markets. The lead management features are very good and we are pleased with how easy it has been to create and follow up our campaigns. Sales has very rarely complained about its use and neither has my team.

Took some time to learn as I am not used to working in CRM systems before.
Nothing to complain about
The implementation has been a bit of a struggle but other than that nothing to criticise.
