Pros
Overall simplicity. Good communication with TooEasy as a company. A complete and good product.
Simple and transparent system for all employees
The ease of use. It is a modern and very good HR system.
That we can digitise HR processes and that it is not complicated to use. We have everything from onboarding to e-sginning and the performance module with Personio and are very happy.

The design of the app. Overall good functionality, but the design could be improved.
Statistics templates customised to our needs
A bit too limited in customisation possibilities. We have not been able to directly transfer some of our processes to Personio.
The performance module is not fully developed yet but there is great potential.
