Pros
It's incredibly easy to get an overview of the schedule, easy to use when you want to delete or move shifts, crazy nice to get a quick overview of staff costs. That there is an app for all employees where you can see both your own but also the overall schedule smoothly.
The best part is that the support staff are fantastically nice, knowledgeable and helpful.
Problems are there to be solved and they solve the problem. Never shows that they are tired of my questions that I ask the same ones over and over again!
Save an incredible amount of time. Ensures that reports arrive when linked to an order.

When searching previous reports, I don't see a search box, I have to "browse"
