Pros
The proximity to developers who can help. Then our order flow via EDI and web has increased from 0 to over 40,000 orders. We could never have done that without Gung.
Great opportunities to expand our item register with PIM and be able to add images, certificates and new fields that we can easily enrich and send to our customers.
Optimizely is a platform that combines e-commerce with content management systems (CMS) in a unique way compared to many other products.
Optimizely's platform does not lock you into functionality, although the framework allows you to quickly come up with a quality web solution.

Cons
Gung always says yes to everything, which means we are constantly coming up with new things 😄
What I like least about Gung is that the platform has limited built-in CMS functionality. To create a public website with more comprehensive content management, we need to integrate Gung with an external CMS system or develop a separate publishing solution.
Difficult to get an overview of all the functions available in the tool. There is also potential for improvement to manage several e-commerce streams separately in e.g. the analysis tools etc.
More e-commerce reports should be included out-of-the-box in the e-commerce platform.
