"We are especially pleased that we have been able to bring all our business-critical systems together in a single platform. This has given us a much better overview, more streamlined workflows and a significant reduction in manual processes. At the same time, we experience fewer errors and higher data quality across the organisation.
The breadth of features, Odoo has a lot of tools included as standard.
A lot of inbuilt functionality. System support is knowledgeable, responsive, understands the business and is available.

Cons
The implementation required some customisation and internal adaptation, and there has been a learning curve for employees. The features are intuitive, but some workflows require fine-tuning to fit our needs perfectly.
That updating to a new version is a bit too laborious and expensive.
Delimitation in different licences does not always match our needs. Integrations are, as always, a source of problems.
