Personal contact with employees
I experience a really close and good co-operation with the employees at KeyBalance, where I always get quick answers and good sparring. The system is easy and intuitive, and it's customised to my company and our processes, so we can save both time and manpower.

This has given us a much better overview, more streamlined workflows and a significant reduction in manual processes. At the same time, we experience fewer errors and higher data quality across the organisation.
The breadth of features, Odoo has a lot of tools included as standard.

Support / difficult to get help with our specific product
It can take some time to familiarise yourself with the whole system, but once you get started, it's great value.
The implementation required some customisation and internal adaptation, and there has been a learning curve for employees. The features are intuitive, but some workflows require fine-tuning to fit our needs perfectly.
That updating to a new version is a bit too laborious and expensive.
