Pros
Connect WMS is flexible and customisable to our spare parts management needs.
It complements our primary WMS well and manages flows that would otherwise be inefficient.
The user-friendliness is good, making it easy to get started and work in the system.
The people we work with.
The ease of use of the product.
"We are especially pleased that we have been able to bring all our business-critical systems together in a single platform. This has given us a much better overview, more streamlined workflows and a significant reduction in manual processes. At the same time, we experience fewer errors and higher data quality across the organisation.
The breadth of features, Odoo has a lot of tools included as standard.

Cons
As we made a new variant / not finished, there have been many adjustments
Nothing that I think was bad
The implementation required some customisation and internal adaptation, and there has been a learning curve for employees. The features are intuitive, but some workflows require fine-tuning to fit our needs perfectly.
That updating to a new version is a bit too laborious and expensive.
