Pros
The ease of use. It is easy to navigate and simple enough to understand for a first-time user.
The possibilities the system has for a company and all its departments. I like the saved searches and the reports you can customise. I also like being able to follow all the flows for PO's for example
Simplicity and ease of use.
The data warehouse in the background that makes it incredibly easy to make nice output in e.g. PowerBI.
The speed and flexibility of making new adjustments and updates.

Cons
There are limitations that make some tasks unnecessarily complicated
I don't like the fact that when you send an email through NetSuite, you can't see it in your regular inbox. I would like to be able to see it there to follow everything quickly and easily
It's a relatively new product, so there are still some missing elements that would make it even easier.
