Pros
Excellent product which has been at the core of our IT infrastructure since day 0. Has grown well with us as we have expanded operations. Customer service is great.
Appfarm is a very flexible no code solution that brings a luxurious combination of rapid development and great functionality. They have a low threshold for insight into the system's possibilities and limitations, regardless of the level of technical expertise of the customer. In addition, they are very responsive and work with a modern agile approach based on user stories from the business that optimise system support in a flexible way over time.
My Gizmo listens to its customers even after the invoice has been paid, which is rare in today's society. Good integration with Fortnox, and easy to work in and easy for staff to report time in My Gizmo.
Easy to manage both by phone and computer.

On the pricey side of software subscriptions.
There may be some signs of growth as the company has grown a lot in recent years, which of course gives a strained organisation. I have been satisfied with all contacts, but people and business arrangements have changed a little too much during the two years we have been a customer, which in some cases may have caused unnecessary delays in an otherwise generally very fast pace of development.
I have nothing negative to say about My gizmo.
A bit too much info in the beginning before you learnt how to use it.
