Pros

What I like most about working with MultiSoft is that their system is both stable and reliable, which gives us peace of mind in our daily operations. I also appreciate the scalability - it can grow with our needs. The system is also very user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use for all users.
Easy-to-use platform, professionalism of Multisoft employees, quality, transparency, honesty and clarity.
Incredibly professional and smooth onboarding, the integrations fell into place and everything worked from the start!

Cons

It would be great to have automated tests that can help the customer keep track of which parts of the system are vulnerable.
The hourly rate feels on the high side, but on the other hand there is no compromise on the quality of the work.
Nothing to complain about!
