Simple and easy for all users.
Smartplan has really made my work so much easier and smoother! Before, we had physical timesheets where the staff entered the times they had worked and I then had to sit and add up everyone's hours and check that they wrote correctly. But now I can see so easily how many hours the staff worked and the amount they earned. SO easy! Plus, scheduling is so easy now too! We tried a few different similar programmes but we were struck by the ease of use and flexibility of Smartplan!
Monitor is well thought out for how we work as a manufacturing company today and we get good support when we need it.

Since the messaging feature was upgraded, we are happy.
I really can't think of anything I don't like about Smartplan!
The set-up took longer than estimated and things sometimes take longer than desired.
